The Key & Heart Lock Charm is meant to bring you protection & confidence. This charm is a wearable reminder to unlock the magic you already have within.
Crafted in fine 18k gold fill or sterling silver, and multicolor Cubic Zirconia stones. Includes a delicate chain connecting key to heart. Every element is removable, allowing you to mix, rearrange, and reimagine. Wear it whole, or break it apart to layer with other charms.
Every charm comes with our specially designed ARL x S-kin Studio carabiner for effortless conversion. Turn them from earrings to necklaces, or layer it with other charms. You can also hook it onto our Journal Pin Backing to add a bit of extra magic to your journal sleeve.

How to use the Shop ARL x S-kin Studio Charms
Pick your charms
Each charm was designed by AmandaRachLee to represent different things, such as love, clarity, luck, and more. Choose what you want a little more of in your life!
Turn them into journal charms
- Pin our Journal Pin Backing to the Quilted Journal Sleeve
- Open the specially designed carabiner that comes with every charm, and hook it onto the loop.
- Close the carabiner until you hear a click!
- You can also use the charms without the backing, and just hook the carabiners onto elastic closures.
Turn them into earrings
- Remove your charm from the carabiner.
- Take the backs off your earring hoop sets.
- String your charm onto the earring, starting from the earring post.
- Feel free to add more than one charm for a stacked look, or mix & match them!
Turn them into necklaces
- Keep the carabiner on your charm.
- String your necklace chain through the carabiner like a pendant.
- You can use our necklace chains from the collection or ones that you already own! Layer your necklaces depending on your mood or outfit.

About The Collaboration:
Two years ago, I connected with Chi Mai of S-kin Studio . We immediately connected as Asian women & small business owners. I loosely pitched the idea of combining the worlds of journaling and jewelry together.
It started with some super rough sketches and the idea that jewelry and journals both carry sentimental meaning. They both hold our memories, intentions, and personality, so making jewelry for journals felt natural.
After many designs and versions, we ended up creating an innovative collection of convertible & multi-functional charms.
At its core, this collection is about self-expression and carrying little reminders of who you are, and keeping close what matters most to you. I hope you love it!
